Leadership of Stepova is provided by its own Research Institute of Agrarian Business found in 2010. Main areas of the Research Institute are innovations in breeding and creation of new corn hybrids well adapted to the extreme conditions of cultivation.

Employees of the Institute are the leading scientists in the agricultural sector and Agricultural Sciences Doctors and Candidates. Over the years of hard research work of breeders, more than 20 corn hybrids of new generation, which are not inferior to hybrids of foreign breeding in all industrial standards, have been created and introduced by the Institute.

Our hybrids are characterized with heavy yield, fast moisture-yielding capacity, resistance to diseases and stressful environmental conditions. The special feature of our technology is the use of modern methods of creating original material for corn hybrids, including a winter nursery garden in the Southern hemisphere (Chile).
